| A few comments
about the Yak 55: Wow! If I totaled it tomorrow, I would have
to rush out and get another one. It is a wonderful flying machine
on my brushless setup. Rudder authority is incredible. ...tight
KE loops, hover into the wind on a KE. This plane will do whatever
you want it to. I did a brief rising blender. It can take some
rough landings! The servo arm extensions did create a problem
for me. Sometimes at full deflection, it would cause the servo
arm to slip around the splines of the servo head. That means
after you release the sticks, it does not go back to center.
Scary! Happened on my HS 55s and my el-cheapo servos as well.
A drop of CA fixed it. |
